I (we) are aware that Nordic skiing involves certain danger and risks, including, but not limited to collision with natural and man-made objects, with other skiers or falling at high speed and I (we) freely accept and fully assume all such dangers and risks and the possibility or personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from.

By submitting this application, I (we) hereby release the Viking Ski Club Inc., its directors, officers, and agents, as well as any land owners on whose property the clubs' trails, property, or facility may at any time be situated, from any loss or damage which I or members of my family might sustain for any reason arising from our use of the club's trails, facilities, equipment or property.

Viking Ski Club is committed to safeguarding the personal information entrusted to it by its members. The Club collects only personal information required for the purposes of providing services to its members, including personal information needed to process membership applications and manage membership needs.
