Covid Procedures

• Masks are mandatory in the clubhouse.
• Social distancing is recommended while in the club parking lot.
• Access to the clubhouse will be limited.
• Please advise Doug (at dboweslyon@videotron.ca) by Friday if you intend to come so that teams and assignments can be prepared for your arrival Saturday morning. 
• Trail clearers should arrive at the club no later than 9:30, dressed and ready to go. Coffee and muffins will be available in the parking lot.
• Each team's equipment (brush cutter, clippers, saws, etc.) will be placed in the parking lot (each set 2 meters apart). 
• When team leaders arrive, they will be given a list of their team members, their assigned tasks, and a map showing the trail section they will be working on.Teams are expected to leave as soon as all team members are on site.
• Families with young children are welcome but should not arrive before 10 a.m. They will be assigned to the racing trails to do light trail clearing and enjoy the woods in the fall.
• When a team arrives back at the club after completing their task they should place all their equipment near the garage.
• Refreshments will be provided as usual including beer, coffee, pop, and chips.
